Kitchen Use :

Our Commercial Kitchen is not included in this rental; you may contact our resident caterer, Marilyn's Catering, at   #302-258-5021 or #302-629-7645 for onsite catering information and quotes. Otherwise, our 'Lean-To' kitchen is available for your personal or outside catering use; included is an oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and freezer. You will need to bring utensils and serving equipment. Kitchen and appliances are to be left clean.

Rental Fees :

       Hall Rental, 8 hours = 1 day                        ----  $350.00 per day for 2011; ($450.00 per day for 2012)

         Sound/Media Equipment usage Fee           ----  $ 50.00  per day (optional

  • Set-up and Take-down of Table & Chairs   ----  $ 50.00 per event (optional)

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due upon submitting rental agreement to reserve your date.  Please make check payable to Sam Yoder Concert Hall and mail to the above address. (Keep one copy for your records.)  The balance due must be received one week prior to your event.

 

 

 

Responsibilities of the Renting Party :

1.    Turn off all lights when leaving building.

2.   Remove and dispose of all trash/garbage.  Dumpster is located in back of campground,                adjacent to Farm Office.  Trash can liners are provided.

3.     Return chairs and tables to storage areas.

4.     No Smoking is allowed in the building.

5.     NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted in the building or on the premises. If you or your guests are found in the building or on the property with alcohol, you will be asked to leave immediately!

Signature of Agreement :

I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions for rental of the Sam Yoder Community Building. I understand that I am responsible for the building and any damages that may occur during the event. I also understand that Sam Yoder Farm and/or its representatives will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur.
